of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga
The Path of the Seven Sisters covers 125 kilometres in 7 stages in the heart of Abruzzo , between the Gran Sasso d'Italia and the Monti della Laga: a landscape that is still authentic, wild and uncontaminated.
The stages vary from 15 to 23 kilometers almost entirely on paths, with daily positive differences in altitude between 500 and 800 meters and 360-degree views of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
The route passes through 30 small villages , among woods , waterfalls and rivers , far from the mass tourism routes, between the provinces of Teramo and L'Aquila, crossing the territories of Fano Adriano, Pietracamela, Crognaleto, Cortino, Campotosto and Montorio al Vomano
